Performance Pledge Annual Report 2011/12
The Inland Revenue Department has achieved all the targets, and exceeded many, in its performance pledges in 2011/12. Starting from 1 April 2012, the Department has also enhanced the performance target of issuing stamp certificates for e-stamping of assignments, sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements through GovHK with the target of 98% raised to 99%.

(Please download Adobe Reader which is available at the Adobe Systems Incorporated website to view or print if necessary.) Hard copies of the report can be collected on the ground and first floors of Revenue Tower and the public enquiry service centers of district offices.
